Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sleek Textiles! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut fabrics, personalized items, clearanced items, or opened single-use packaging cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item/color. If you need to exchange an item for the same piece, please contact us immediately.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash after verifying your account details.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Non-refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
